Jim's more than a embroidery technician he is a artist in his trade. In the 25 years I have had my business I have had my fair share of technician some good, some bad, some so-so. When Jim came in to my shop he kind of surprised me. He asked what the problem was and then start giving my machine a thorough once over like when you take your car in for it's 50,000 mile check. Now you need to know a technician had been out a couple of months before but just fixed what I thought was the problem and looked no further. Like a skilled mechanic Jim went to work, when he was finished my machine ran perfectly and is a real joy to use! What treasure he is for us all. When we are pulling our hair here he comes like superman to save the day. And what is even more special about him is he is available to us by phone, text or email to solve our problems.
It's hard to describe what a talented and knowledgeable embroidery machine technician Jim is.
Corbin’s Embroidery Magic
Jim just left here Sunday night. He ended up having to REBUILD my one single head. It now runs like a new machine. I know he stayed longer than he was supposed to but I am good for a year now. Than you, thank you .
Jim recently performed his annual service on our Tajima machines, as he has since the mid '90s. Although we were not experiencing any particular problems with them, Jim found several potential problems and settings that we were unaware of and fixed them. They now run and look like new machines again.
We have Jim come yearly to service our Tajima machines. He takes the time to thoroughly inspect, adjust, and clean the machines. He gives us a list of necessary parts to order and trains our employee on maintenance. Jim is by far the best technician we have had in the past fifteen years.
